Why is the website free?
Because the monthly plan covers it. Building a website is a few weeks of work. Caring for it every month is what keeps it fast, secure, and found. Tying the two together means no big upfront check for you, and a reason for us to keep it working.
How long is the commitment?
Standard and Pro run 12 months, and AI Visibility runs 6 months, from the day your new site goes live. After that, every plan continues month to month at the same rate, and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. The full terms are on our billing, cancellation and refund policy page.
I already have a website. Do I have to start over?
Not always. The free audit tells you whether your current site can be fixed or should be rebuilt. If we rebuild, we keep the web addresses Google already knows, so you don't lose the rankings you've earned.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your domain name and your content are always yours. If you ever leave, we hand over your complete website files within 14 days at no charge.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan any time. Just tell Brian.
What's the difference between Pro and AI Visibility?
Pro keeps your website current and growing in Google search. AI Visibility adds the work that gets you named by AI assistants: your Google profile kept fresh every week, your listings matched on Bing, Apple Maps, and Yelp, a review-building kit, weekly posts that answer your customers' questions, and a monthly report on what the AI tools say about you.
