What we collect
- From our website forms: what you type in, such as your name, business name, phone, email, website address, and message.
- From clients: the business details we need to do the work, such as your hours, services, and listings information, plus the access you invite us to.
- Payments: you enter card or bank details on Stripe’s secure pages. GWF never sees or stores your full card or bank account number.

How we use it
- To reply to you, provide the services you sign up for, send receipts and monthly reports, and keep the business records the law requires (such as tax records).

What we never do
- We never sell or rent your information, and we never share it with anyone for their marketing.
- We never ask for your passwords. When we need access, you add GWF as a helper or manager on your accounts, and you can remove us anytime.

The services we use
- We use a few trusted companies to run the business: Netlify (hosts this website and receives form messages), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), and BoldSign (electronic signatures).
- They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and tracking
- This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and it doesn’t track you around the web.
- Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google can see a visitor’s IP address, as with any website visit.
// 06 — KEEPING & DELETING
How long we keep it, and your choices
- We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you, plus whatever the law requires (such as billing and tax records).
- Email us at [ enable email ] anytime to see, correct, or delete your information. We’ll take care of it within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

Children and changes
- This website is for businesses and isn’t meant for children under 13.
