Terms of Service

Plain English, no fine print. These terms apply to anyone who uses this website or pays GWF Digital Solutions LLC for services. By paying a GWF invoice or payment link, you agree to them.

// 01 — WHO WE ARE

Who we are

  • GWF Digital Solutions LLC (“GWF,” “we”) is a Colorado limited liability company that builds and cares for websites for local businesses.
  • “You” means the business that uses our services and the person paying on its behalf.
// 02 — YOUR AGREEMENT

Your signed Agreement comes first

  • Every paid service is covered by a written agreement, such as the Website Care Plan Agreement, that you sign before you pay. It spells out exactly what’s included and what it costs.
  • These Terms and our Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy are part of that agreement.
  • If anything here conflicts with your signed agreement, your signed agreement wins.
// 03 — PAYMENT

Payment

  • By paying through our secure Stripe payment link, you authorize GWF to charge the card or bank account you provide for your plan’s monthly amount, starting the day you sign, until your plan ends under your agreement.
  • You’ll receive an emailed receipt for every payment.
  • You confirm you’re authorized to use that payment method for the business.
// 04 — TERM, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Term, cancellation and refunds

  • Website Care Plans have an initial term of 12 months (Standard and Pro) or 6 months (AI Visibility), then continue month-to-month at the same rate.
  • Ending early: you can end during the initial term anytime. You simply pay the remaining monthly payments of the plan you picked, monthly or all at once.
  • After the initial term: cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Service runs through the end of the billing month your 30 days land in.
  • Payments already made are not refunded, because each month covers work and hosting already provided. Billing mistakes are refunded in full.

// 05 — QUESTIONS ABOUT A CHARGE

Questions about a charge

  • Please email us first at . We reply within 2 business days and will work with you to make it right.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute is not a way to cancel. It doesn’t end your agreement, and amounts owed under it remain due.
  • If a payment for services already provided is reversed, GWF may pause new work until it’s settled.
// 06 — YOUR PART

What we need from you

  • Accurate business information, and timely access when we ask, such as adding GWF as a helper or manager on your accounts. We never need your passwords.
  • You confirm you have the right to use any text, photos, logos, or other content you give us to publish.
  • You’re responsible for the claims, offers, and prices your business makes, and for following the rules of your industry.
  • Any advertising budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform, never through GWF’s fee.
// 07 — OWNERSHIP

Your website is yours

  • You always own your domain name and all of your content.
  • If we part ways, we hand over the complete website files (for any site GWF built), domain (DNS) details, and a list of every listing we manage within 14 days, at no charge.
  • GWF may list your business name and website as an example of our work. Just ask, and we’ll take it down.
// 08 — RESULTS

What we guarantee, and what we can’t

  • We don’t control Google’s rankings, what AI assistants such as ChatGPT say about a business, or outages at third parties such as hosting companies, domain registrars, or Stripe.
  • No specific ranking, AI mention, traffic, or revenue result is guaranteed. What IS guaranteed: hard work, delivered monthly, reported plainly.
  • Free audits and mockups are estimates based on public information at the time they’re made.
// 09 — LIMITS

Limits

  • As far as the law allows, GWF’s total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid GWF in the 3 months before the claim.
  • Neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost business.

Using this website

  • The information on this website is general and may change. Please don’t misuse its forms or copy its content as your own.
// 11 — COLORADO LAW & CHANGES

Colorado law and changes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. If a problem ever comes up, we’ll always try to work it out directly with you first.
  • We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An update never changes the price or term of an agreement you’ve already signed.
