Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

// 01 — WHAT WE DO

Our services

GWF Digital Solutions builds and cares for websites for local businesses: website design, hosting, and monthly Website Care Plans, plus SEO and ad management.
Every paid service starts with a written agreement that spells out exactly what’s included and what it costs.

// 02 — BILLING

Monthly plans are billed automatically once a month to the card or bank account you keep on file, starting the day the agreement is signed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number.
If a payment fails, we’ll reach out. Your site stays up while we sort it out together.

// 03 — TERM & CANCELLATION

Website Care Plans run 12 months (Standard and Pro) or 6 months (AI Visibility) from the day your website goes live, or from the day work begins if you keep your current website. After that, they renew automatically month-to-month at the same rate.
After that first term, cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. An email is fine.
Service never cuts off early. Your site stays fully live and cared for through the end of the billing month your 30 days land in, and that month is your last payment. Example (plan billed on the 1st): notice on October 12 means full service through November 30.
Ending inside the first term: you can end anytime. You simply pay the remaining monthly payments of the plan you picked, monthly or all at once, and your site stays live and cared for through those paid months. Nothing beyond that is owed.
If a monthly rate ever changes after your first term, you’ll get at least 30 days’ written notice first. Your rate never changes during the first term.
Other monthly services, like SEO or ad management, follow the term written in their own agreement.

// 04 — REFUNDS

Monthly fees cover the work and hosting provided that month, so payments already made are not refunded.
If we ever charge you by mistake, like a duplicate charge or the wrong amount, we refund the mistake in full.
Free website audits and mockups are always free. No card needed, no obligation.

// 05 — QUESTIONS ABOUT A CHARGE

Please email us first at [ enable email ]. We reply within 2 business days and will work with you to make it right.

// 06 — OWNERSHIP

You always own your domain name and all of your content.
If we part ways, we hand over your complete website files and domain (DNS) details within 14 days, at no charge.

// 07 — YOUR INFORMATION

When you fill out a form on this site, we use what you send only to respond to you. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
